'Dan Lane Inspired Fire Globe'
Our client was looking for a Fire Globe inspired by a number of pieces they had purchased from Dan Lane. With Dan's blessing, Alex got to work creating this exquisite Fire Globe, combing the elegance of fine art with the enchantment of flickering flames, bringing a unique and entrancing ambiance to any space.
'The Boathouse Fire Pit'
This huge piece of art was so big and heavy that we had to build a whole new work bench just to keep working on it. Fabricated from 5mm plate steel and laser cut with precision, the 1200mm burner was commissioned for a pub’s outdoor space after we created some signage for them. 'Long Horn'
This majestic beast was commissioned by a rancher from USA, and we cannot think of a better suited setting than the plains of Texas for this creature to light up the night sky with fire.

'Jaws'
It was a longstanding dream of Alex’s to create a Jaws-inspired fire pit, and eventually the call came from a client who wanted the famous shark’s head immortalised in fire pit form. 'Koi Carp BBQ'
This is one big fish. Made with individually crafted scales and stretching out to a massive 170cm in length. The belly of this beast contains a BBQ for cooking up whatever takes our client’s fancy. 'The Hornet'
This was commissioned by the family of a Watford FC fan who bought it for him as a surprise. Each detailed piece of this fighting hornet is handmade by our Alex, which means it is completely unique to our client. 'Angus'
We are suppliers of official Iron Maiden and Motorhead merchandise, but we’re always delighted to take on other musical commissions. This cheeky rendition of Angus Young from the rock legends AC/DC, complete with bat wings, just goes where the guitar takes him. The only limit to what we can do lies with your imagination. 'War Memorial Bench'
It was an honour to work on this one. We were approached by a local committee who asked us to design and fabricate a war memorial for a community garden. The design was based on the silhouettes of solders who have served our country in different wars. The back rest was designed in house and laser cut from 8mm steel plate.
'The Bee'
This special creature was sculpted by Alex and donated to the Greater Manchester Police, as an auction item to raise money at the GMBee Ball, which was a special charity event for the people affected by the terrorist attack on Manchester Arena. This piece has been laser cut for precision accuracy and scale.
Each panel has then been beaten and shaped by hammer and hand to give the piece a 3D pop. before being welded in place and polished.
The piece has a 25mmx3mm strip on the reverse suitable to house LED strip lighting (LED Lights not included)
